Chris Gayle (215)

The Caribbean power hitter, Universe Boss, Chris Gayle, has the fourth-highest score of 215 runs. He scored a fiery double-century against Zimbabwe in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. In this match, he came to open with Dwayne Smith, who got out on a duck. After this wicket, Marlon Samuels and Gayle ensured that the West Indies would not lose any wickets, and he made a partnership of 372 runs. However, Gayle got out on the last ball of the inning. In this match, Gayle scored his half-century in 51 balls with the help of four fours and two sixes. He scored his century in 105 balls with the help of 5 fours and five sixes. After this, he switched the gears and reached his 150 runs in just 126 balls with the help of 6 fours and 10 sixes. Fakhar Zaman(210*)

The Pakistani opener is placed 5th in terms of ODI double century score with 210* runs. In July 2018, against Zimbabwe, he achieved this feat and became the only Pakistani player to do so. In this match, Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first. Opener Imam-ul-Haq and Fakhar came to open for Pakistan, and both the batter made a partnership of 304 runs for the 1st wicket. Fakhar scored a half-century in 51 with the help of 7 fours. He reached his 100 in just 92 balls with the help of 11 fours and one six. He kept smashing the ball and reached 150 runs in just 115 balls with the help of 16 fours and four sixes. Fakhar Zaman didn’t stop here and reached his double hundred in 148 balls. He smashed 24 fours and five sixes to reach his double century. He remained not out at the score of 210 runs. In this match, Pakistan scored 399 runs and won by a significant margin of 244.
