The quartet of Finn Allen, Lockie Ferguson, Tim Seifert and Adam Milne have been awarded casual playing contracts by New Zealand Cricket for the 2026/27 period.
The four white-ball specialists are currently also on casual playing agreements and will be available for the upcoming white-ball series against India at home, also keeping them in the mix for the 2027 ODI World Cup, as well as the T20 World Cup that follows the year after.
The immediate focus remains on India's tour, which includes five T20Is and as many ODIs to be played across a 25-day period in October-November.
Kane Williamson, who was part of the casual agreements contract in the last cycle, is off the list after announcing his international retirement last month. James Neesham has taken up a domestic contract with Auckland, while Devon Conway and Blair Tickner returned to the central contracts list announced in June.
"We're delighted to add Finn, Lockie, Adam and Tim to our contracting programme for the next period," New Zealand Cricket selector Gavin Larsen said.
"It goes without saying the talent and match-winning abilities all four players possess and we've seen them do just that for the BLACKCAPS on many occasions.
"Their skills are in demand around the world and we see that as a positive as they're able to add to their experiences and bring those back to our environment."
All four are currently featuring in Major League Cricket 2026: Seifert is in the Seattle Orcas lineup; Allen is part of San Francisco Unicorns. Ferguson, meanwhile, represents Washington Freedom, while Milne features for the Texas Super Kings.
